Pump is very loud and coffee flow is slow or pulsing

User steps:

• Remove water filter: If a filter is installed in the tank, remove it and test flow without it. Replace the filter if it is old or clogged.
• Bleed air: Run hot water through the steam/hot water wand for 30–60 seconds to purge air.
• Descale: Perform a full descaling cycle.

Internal check (advanced):

• Inspect the inlet hose from the tank to the pump for kinks or pinches and correct them.

If the pump remains excessively loud and flow is poor after these steps, the pump may be worn and should be replaced.
