Used coffee pucks are very wet and sludgy in the dreg drawer

Adjust and maintain:

• Increase strength: Raise the coffee strength/dose setting to form firmer pucks.
• Adjust grind: Make the grind slightly finer (one step at a time while grinder is running).
• Clean brew group: Remove and clean the brew group thoroughly, ensuring the piston and filters move freely.
• Lubricate: Apply food-grade silicone grease to the brew group rails and moving parts.

If pucks remain very wet and the machine struggles to eject them, the brew group seals or internal mechanics may need replacement or adjustment by a technician.
