Possible Causes
Cracked water tank, Worn tank O-ring or valve seal, Loose or cracked inlet fitting, Leaking silicone hose or clamp near tank area
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine immediately if you see water near electrical parts.
Leak isolation:
- Inspect water tank: Remove the tank, fill it over a sink, and check for cracks or leaks from seams or the bottom valve. Replace the tank if it leaks.
- Check tank seals: Inspect the O-ring or rubber seal on the tank outlet. If flattened or cracked, replace it.
- Machine inlet: Look at the plastic inlet where the tank connects. Check for cracks or loose fittings.
Internal hose check (advanced):
- Remove the cover and inspect the silicone hose from the tank inlet to the pump.
- Tighten or replace any loose clamps and replace hoses that show signs of wear or pinholes.
After repairs, dry the machine thoroughly and test with a small amount of water before normal use. Persistent leaks should be addressed by a professional.
