Coffee tastes weak even when using normal amounts of coffee.

• 1. Use correct coffee and grind: Use a medium grind suitable for drip coffee and the recommended coffee-to-water ratio.
• 2. Descale the machine: Scale can reduce brew temperature. Run a full descaling cycle.
• 3. Use strong brew setting: If your GE model has a strong or bold setting, enable it to slow the flow and increase extraction.
• 4. Check heater performance (advanced): If coffee is consistently lukewarm, the heater or thermostat may be failing and should be tested and replaced if necessary.
