Coffee is very weak or watery, even on the strongest setting.

Possible Causes
Grind too coarse, Worn grinder burrs, Incorrect grinder calibration, Brew group not compressing coffee properly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before adjusting internal grinder settings.
Improving extraction:
- Adjust grind: Set the grinder to a finer setting using the external knob or slider while the grinder is running (to avoid jamming).
- Check bean quality: Use fresh, medium-roast beans. Very oily or stale beans can affect grinding and flow.
- Clean grinder: Remove the hopper and upper burr. Vacuum out old grounds and ensure the burrs are sharp and undamaged. Replace worn burrs.
- Inspect brew group: Clean and lubricate the brew group. Ensure the piston moves fully to compress the coffee puck. Replace worn seals if pressure is not maintained.
