Safety first: Unplug before accessing sensors.
Fix steps:
- Clean container: Wash and dry the grounds container. Remove any coffee residues from the sides and bottom.
- Check alignment: Ensure the container slides fully into place and engages the sensor tab.
- Clean sensor: Wipe the sensor area inside the machine with a dry cloth. For optical sensors, ensure the window is clear.
- Inspect actuator: If a plastic tab on the container is broken, replace the container so it can properly trigger the sensor.
