Noise reduction:

  • Level the machine: Adjust the feet so the machine sits flat and stable.
  • Check pump mounts: Inside, inspect the rubber mounts holding the ULKA pump. Replace any that are cracked or missing.
  • Tighten hardware: Tighten loose screws on panels, brackets, and the brew group frame.
  • Assess grinder: If the noise is mainly during grinding, inspect the grinder for worn bearings or misaligned burrs and replace the grinder assembly if necessary.
