Milk froth is very poor, flat, or not formed at all.

Improving froth:

• Clean frother: Disassemble the milk frother and soak parts in warm water with detergent. Clear all air and milk channels.
• Check air intake: Ensure the small air hole on the frother head is not blocked.
• Descale: Run a descaling cycle to restore proper steam temperature and pressure.
• Use proper milk: Use fresh, cold milk with at least 1.5% fat for best froth.
