Cleaning procedure:

• Brew group: Remove and rinse thoroughly under warm water. Use a soft brush to clean all channels. Allow to dry before reinstalling.
• Coffee spouts: Clean the coffee outlet and spouts with a brush and mild detergent. Rinse well.
• Water tank: Wash the tank with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and refill with fresh water.
• Milk system: Run a milk system cleaning cycle with appropriate cleaner to remove old milk fats.
