Possible Causes
Cracked water tank, Damaged tank seal, Loose internal hose, Leaking thermoblock connection
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug immediately and do not operate while leaking.
Leak localization:
- Check tank: Remove the water tank, fill it, and place it over a sink to see if it leaks. Inspect the bottom valve and seals.
- Inspect seals: Replace the rubber gasket at the tank outlet if worn or flattened.
- Open housing: With panels removed, fill the tank and observe where water appears. Tighten hose clamps and replace any cracked hoses or fittings.
- Thermoblock connections: Check for leaks at the metal-to-hose joints on the thermoblock. Replace O-rings as needed.
