How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before cleaning.
- Deep clean removable parts: Wash reservoir, carafe, lid, and filter basket with hot soapy water. Use a bottle brush for corners.
- Sanitize: Fill reservoir with a mixture of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water and run a full brew cycle. Let sit for 15 minutes, then complete the cycle. Rinse with 2–3 cycles of fresh water.
- Dry between uses: Leave the reservoir lid and filter basket open when not in use to allow air drying.
- Replace old filters: If your model uses a charcoal water filter, replace it according to the schedule.
