Possible Causes
Clogged inlet valve at reservoir base, Scale blockage in aluminum heating block, Blocked silicone tubing, Failed vibration pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the coffee maker and let it cool before working on water paths.
- Check reservoir valve: Remove the reservoir and press the valve at the bottom (if present) with a blunt object over the sink to ensure water flows freely. Rinse to clear debris.
- Clean inlet port: Wipe the reservoir docking area on the base and remove any visible debris from the inlet port.
- Descale thoroughly: Run 1–2 full descaling cycles with vinegar and water to dissolve internal scale. Allow soak time between cycles.
- Prime the pump: Fill the reservoir completely, then start a brew and gently tap the side of the machine to help dislodge air bubbles.
- If still no flow: The vibration pump or internal tubing may be blocked or failed and will need to be accessed and replaced.
