Coffee grounds are very wet and sludgy in the grounds container.

Safety first: Unplug the machine before removing the brew group.

• Adjust grind finer: Set the grinder to a slightly finer setting to improve puck formation.
• Clean and lubricate brew group: Rinse the brew group and apply food-grade silicone grease to the moving rails and piston seals.
• Check dose setting: Increase coffee strength to ensure enough coffee is used per shot.
• Service if no improvement: If pucks remain very wet and coffee is weak, the pump or brew group mechanism may need professional inspection.
