How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine and allow it to cool before disassembling any coffee outlets.
- Clean coffee spouts: Remove the front coffee outlet (if detachable) and rinse thoroughly. Use a thin brush or toothpick to clear dried coffee from the nozzles.
- Clean brew group filter: Remove the brew group and gently scrub the metal filter screen with a soft brush under warm water to remove oils and fines.
- Adjust grind setting: If using an integrated grinder, set the grind slightly coarser. If using pre-ground coffee, avoid very fine espresso powder that can choke the system.
- Run rinse cycle: Reassemble and run 2–3 rinse cycles without coffee to flush the hydraulic circuit.
- Descale if needed: If flow is still weak, perform a descaling cycle to clear scale from the pressure relief valve and internal channels.
