Grinder runs but no beans are ground; coffee is very weak or machine switches to pre-ground mode.

Safety first: Unplug the machine before reaching into the bean hopper.

• Refill beans: Ensure the hopper has enough beans and they are not stuck together.
• Stir beans: Gently stir the beans with a dry spoon to break any bridges.
• Avoid very oily beans: Use medium-roast beans rather than very dark, oily ones that can stick.
• Clean hopper and inlet: Empty the hopper and wipe it with a dry cloth. Use a vacuum to remove fines from the grinder inlet.
