Used coffee grounds are very dry and powdery, sometimes spilling into the machine.

Safety first: Unplug the machine before handling the brew group or grounds container.

• Check grounds container: Ensure the container is fully inserted and correctly aligned.
• Clean brew group ejector area: Remove the brew group and clean the area where the puck is ejected to prevent jams.
• Observe operation: With the side door open (if safe and allowed by the manual), start a cycle and watch how the puck is ejected. Stop immediately if moving parts are exposed.
• Service if mechanical damage: Broken springs or ejector arms in the brew group require replacement of the brew group assembly.
