Possible Causes
Empty or insufficient water in reservoir, Mis-seated removable reservoir, Faulty water level sensor, Blocked reservoir outlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the unit off before removing the reservoir.
Check water supply:
- Remove the water reservoir (if removable) and fill to at least the MIN line with clean, cold water.
- Ensure the reservoir is seated firmly so the bottom valve fully opens onto the base.
- Inspect the reservoir outlet valve for debris or scale; clean gently with a toothpick and rinse.
Fixed reservoir models:
- Open the lid and confirm water is above the MIN mark.
- Check for any floating water level sensor or float that may be stuck; gently move it with a plastic utensil if visible.
Reset: Unplug the unit for 2–3 minutes, plug back in, and attempt a new brew cycle.
If the H2O message persists with a full reservoir and clear outlet, the internal water level or flow sensor may be faulty and require replacement.
