Clogged needles, Scale in single-serve heater, Blocked internal tubing, Failing pump

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Allow the unit to cool before cleaning.

Clean needles:

  • Remove pod holder and clear both upper and lower needles with a paper clip.

Descale single-serve side:

  • Fill reservoir with a 1:1 vinegar and water solution.
  • Run several brew cycles with no pod, allowing the solution to soak for 15–20 minutes between cycles.
  • Flush with 2–3 reservoirs of clean water.

If volume remains low, the pump or internal tubing may be partially blocked and require replacement.
