Single-serve side of FlexBrew does not puncture K-Cup or pod properly.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and be careful; needles are sharp.

Clean and inspect needles:

• Remove the pod holder and rinse.
• Use a straightened paper clip to clear the upper and lower needles of debris.
• Inspect the upper needle for bending; it should point straight down.

If the needle is bent or broken, replace the upper needle assembly or the entire pod holder assembly with a Hamilton Beach-compatible part.
