Single-serve side of FlexBrew leaks water or coffee around the pod holder.

Safety first: Allow the unit to cool before opening the single-serve lid.

Clean sealing surfaces:

• Remove the pod holder and rinse thoroughly.
• Wipe the lid sealing area and the top rim of the pod holder with a damp cloth.

Inspect gasket:

• Look at the rubber gasket around the upper piercing needle. If it is cracked, flattened, or missing pieces, it must be replaced.

Ensure the lid is closed firmly until it clicks. If leaks continue, replace the pod holder assembly or upper needle/gasket kit specific to your Hamilton Beach FlexBrew model.
