Coffee maker brews extremely slowly; it may take 30 minutes or more to brew a full pot.

Safety first: Unplug and allow to cool before descaling.

• Descale system: Run at least one full descaling cycle with vinegar or commercial descaler, pausing mid-cycle to soak. Repeat if flow is still slow.
• Clean filter basket: Remove the basket and clean the drip valve at the bottom. Ensure it opens freely when pressed.
• Inspect reservoir outlet: Clean the outlet and any mesh screen with a brush to remove mineral deposits.
• Check internal valves (advanced): Access and inspect the check valve in the water line. Replace if it is stuck or heavily scaled.
