• Reduce coffee amount: Follow Kenmore's recommended scoop count for your pot size. Do not overfill the filter.
• Use proper grind: Use a medium grind for drip coffee. Very fine espresso grind can block flow.
• Clean basket outlet: Remove the basket and clean the outlet hole and drip-stop valve thoroughly.
• Check carafe position: Ensure the carafe is fully seated so it properly opens the drip-stop during brewing.
