How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the coffee maker immediately if you see water leaking. Do not operate a leaking appliance.
- Remove and inspect reservoir: Check for cracks, especially around the bottom outlet and seams. Replace the reservoir if damaged.
- Dry the base: If the unit has a leak sensor in the base, remove the drip tray and dry any pooled water with towels. Allow the interior to air dry for several hours.
- Inspect internal hoses (advanced): Remove the housing and examine all silicone and rubber hoses for cracks or loose clamps. Tighten clamps and replace any damaged hoses.
- Check manifold and fittings: Inspect the plastic water manifold where hoses connect to the heater and brew head. Replace any cracked fittings.
