Water leaks from around the water tank area.

Safety first: Unplug the machine and remove the water tank.

• Inspect tank outlet: Examine the rubber seal or O-ring at the bottom of the Kenwood water tank. Look for cracks, flattening, or debris.
• Clean and reseat: Clean the seal and valve area with warm water, then reinstall the tank firmly.
• Test for leaks: Fill the tank and place it on a dry paper towel off the machine. If water appears, the tank itself is leaking and should be replaced.
• Check tank socket: Inspect the machine's tank socket for damage or foreign objects preventing a proper seal.
