How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and shut off the water supply before disconnecting any water lines.
- Verify water supply: Ensure the building water valve feeding the brewer is fully open and water pressure is adequate.
- Check inlet filter: Remove and clean or replace any inline filter or screen at the brewer's water inlet.
- Run prime/flush mode: Many commercial Keurigs have a prime or flush function. Run this to purge air and confirm flow.
- Listen for solenoid click: When calling for water, you should hear the inlet valve click. No sound suggests a failed solenoid or control signal.
- If no improvement: The inlet valve or flow meter may need replacement by a technician.
