Safety first: Allow the brewer to cool before touching the brew head.

• Clean sealing surfaces: Wipe the underside of the lid and the rim of the K-Cup holder with a damp cloth to remove coffee residue.
• Inspect upper gasket: Look for cracks, flattening, or tears in the rubber seal around the upper needle. Replace if damaged.
• Clean needles: Clear any clogs that could cause overpressure.
• Ensure proper pod seating: Insert the K-Cup fully and close the lid firmly until it latches.
