Coffee maker is very slow to brew; a full pot takes much longer than normal.

Descale thoroughly:

• Run at least one full descaling cycle with a 1:1 vinegar and water solution.
• For heavy scale, repeat the cycle or use a commercial descaling product approved for coffee makers.

Clean showerhead and basket:

• Remove and clean the showerhead/spray plate and brew basket outlet.

If brewing remains slow after descaling and cleaning, the pump may be weakening or internal tubing may be heavily restricted and require replacement.
