How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Bleed air from system:
- Fill the reservoir completely with water.
- Run 2–3 full brew cycles without coffee grounds to purge air.
Descale:
- Run a full descaling cycle with vinegar and water to remove scale that can cause popping and gurgling.
Check for loose parts:
- Gently shake the unit (unplugged) and listen for loose internal parts.
- If noise persists and is mechanical (rattling), open the housing to inspect for loose screws or brackets and tighten as needed.
