Coffee maker makes loud gurgling or rattling noises during brewing.

Bleed air from system:

• Fill the reservoir completely with water.
• Run 2–3 full brew cycles without coffee grounds to purge air.

Descale:

• Run a full descaling cycle with vinegar and water to remove scale that can cause popping and gurgling.

Check for loose parts:

• Gently shake the unit (unplugged) and listen for loose internal parts.
• If noise persists and is mechanical (rattling), open the housing to inspect for loose screws or brackets and tighten as needed.
