How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Prime the pump:
- Fill the reservoir completely and ensure it is fully seated.
- Start a brew cycle without a pod and listen for the pump.
- If no water flows, stop the cycle, remove and reseat the reservoir, and try again several times.
Clean inlet:
- Rinse the reservoir and clean the inlet screen on the machine.
If the pump runs but no water moves, or if the pump is silent, the pump assembly may need replacement.
