Possible Causes

Severe limescale blocking heater or tubing, Flow meter not registering pulses, User interrupted descaling cycle, Low water level during descaling

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the machine and let it cool before opening any covers.

Repeat descaling correctly:

  • Fill the water tank with the recommended amount of descaling solution.
  • Start the descaling program and allow it to run without interruption until the machine indicates completion.
  • Refill and run at least two full tanks of clean water to rinse.

If E10 persists:

  • Inspect the flow meter and tubing for blockages (advanced).
  • Remove and clean or replace the flow meter if it is clogged with scale.

In severe cases, the heater block may be fully scaled and require replacement.
