Clear the outlet:

• Remove the filter basket and discard the used filter and grounds.
• Rinse the basket under warm water, paying special attention to the outlet hole and drip-stop mechanism.
• Operate the drip-stop plunger by hand to ensure it moves freely.

Check alignment:

• Reinstall the basket, ensuring it is fully seated and correctly oriented.
• Verify that the carafe lid properly pushes up the drip-stop valve when in place.

If the drip-stop valve or spring is damaged, replace the filter basket assembly.
