How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Disconnect power before handling the machine.

  • Check water tank: Ensure the L’OR water tank is filled above the minimum mark and properly seated.
  • Prime the pump: With the tank full, plug in the machine, power it on, and run 3–4 rinse cycles without a capsule. If the pump is noisy but no water flows, stop and refill the tank, then try again.
  • Clean tank filter: Remove the tank and inspect the outlet filter or valve at the bottom. Rinse under warm water and remove any debris.
  • Descale: If some water flows but E03 appears, run a full descaling cycle to clear internal scale from the pump and heater.
  • If still no flow: The vibration pump may be seized or electrically open. Replacement of the pump and possibly the pump check valve is required by a qualified technician.
