Possible Causes
Blocked coffee outlet spout, Clogged capsule piercing needles, Severe limescale in thermoblock, Faulty overpressure valve
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug and allow the machine to cool before working on it.
- Clean outlet spout: Remove the L’OR coffee outlet spout (if detachable) and rinse thoroughly. Use a small brush or toothpick to clear any coffee deposits.
- Clean piercing needles: Open the capsule lever and carefully clean the top and bottom piercing needles with a soft brush. Do not use excessive force to avoid bending them.
- Run descaling cycle: Descale the machine according to the L’OR instructions to clear internal scale that can cause overpressure.
- Test with water only: Run several rinse cycles without a capsule. If E07 no longer appears, resume normal use.
- If E07 persists: The overpressure valve or internal hydraulic lines may be faulty and require professional service.
