Full drip tray triggering sensor, Drip tray level sensor failure, Internal leak into base pan, Blocked drain path to drip tray
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the machine. Water and electricity are a dangerous combination.
- Empty drip tray: Remove and fully empty the L’OR drip tray and capsule container. Clean and dry them thoroughly.
- Dry base area: If accessible, gently tilt the machine slightly (without inverting) to see if water drains from the base. Wipe any visible moisture around the base with a dry cloth.
- Reinstall drip tray: Ensure the tray is correctly seated and not warped.
- Test: Plug in and run a rinse cycle while watching for leaks around the tank, spout, and base.
- If E10 returns or you see internal leaks: A hose, O‑ring, or internal fitting may be leaking. Internal leak repairs require disassembly and should be done by a service technician.
