E11 error, milk frother function does not work on L’OR models with integrated milk system.

Safety: Unplug and allow the milk system to cool before cleaning.

• Clean milk circuit: Disassemble the L’OR milk frother components (nozzle, suction tube, milk carafe lid) as per the manual. Soak in warm water with a food‑safe detergent, then rinse thoroughly.
• Use milk system cleaner: Run a dedicated milk system cleaning cycle with approved milk circuit cleaner to remove fat and protein deposits.
• Descale steam path: Run a full descaling cycle to clear scale from the steam/thermoblock used for milk frothing.
• Check milk tube: Ensure the silicone milk tube is not kinked or cracked.
• If E11 persists: The milk thermosensor or steam thermoblock may be faulty and require professional replacement.
