How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the machine before applying force to the lever.
- Do not force the lever: Excessive force can break the L’OR lever mechanism.
- Inspect capsule area: If possible, gently wiggle the lever while looking into the capsule slot with a flashlight. Remove any visible capsule fragments or foreign objects with tweezers.
- Use a manual release (if provided): Some models have a hidden manual release for the brew unit accessible from the side or bottom. Refer to the user manual.
- Clean brew chamber: Once freed, clean the capsule chamber and piercing area thoroughly.
- If the lever remains stuck or E12 persists: Internal mechanical parts may be broken or jammed and require disassembly by a technician.
