How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before cleaning near sensors.
- Use compatible capsules: Ensure you are using L’OR compatible capsules designed for your specific L’OR coffee maker model.
- Insert capsule correctly: Open the lever fully, place the capsule in the holder in the correct orientation, and close the lever firmly.
- Clean capsule area: Wipe the capsule holder and surrounding area with a slightly damp cloth. Remove coffee dust that may block optical sensors.
