Possible Causes

Severely clogged outlet spout, Blocked capsule exit, Jammed overpressure valve, Internal hose kink

Safety: Unplug and allow to cool before disassembly.

Remove capsule: Open the lever and remove any capsule. Check for crushed capsules blocking the outlet.
Clean outlet: Detach the L’OR spout and soak in hot water. Use a fine brush to clear blockages.
Run rinse cycles: With no capsule inserted, run several rinse cycles to flush the system.
If pump noise is loud and no water exits: The overpressure valve or internal tubing may be blocked or kinked. This requires internal inspection by a technician.
