Used capsules do not drop into the capsule container; they remain stuck in the holder.

Safety: Unplug before reaching into the capsule area.

• Clean capsule path: Remove the L’OR capsule container and clean the chute and holder with a brush.
• Check for obstructions: Remove any stuck capsules or foreign objects.
• Use undamaged capsules: Avoid crushed or dented capsules.
• If ejection still fails: The ejection arm or slide may be worn and require replacement.
