Possible Causes

Clogged piercing needles, Heavy limescale in hydraulic circuit, Blocked flow restrictor, Partially blocked coffee spout

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug and let the machine cool.

  • Clean needles: Open the capsule lever and gently clean the piercing needles with a soft brush. Do not insert metal pins that could damage them.
  • Descale: Run a full descaling cycle using L’OR‑approved descaler.
  • Clean spout: Remove and rinse the coffee outlet thoroughly.
  • Test without capsule: Run a rinse cycle. If flow is still weak, internal components like the flow restrictor or thermoblock may be blocked and require professional cleaning or replacement.
