Safety first: Unplug the machine. Do not force the brew head; internal plastic parts can break.

Step 1 – Remove capsule and debris

• Gently open the capsule door as far as possible.
• Remove any capsule or fragments with tweezers or a wooden stick.
• Check for foreign objects in the capsule chute.

Step 2 – Manual reset (if available)

• Use any manual release lever or reset procedure described in the user manual.

Step 3 – Internal inspection (advanced)

• Unplug and remove the cover.
• Inspect the brew group gears and linkages for broken teeth or misalignment.
• Check the motor wiring and position sensors.

Step 4 – Replace damaged parts

• Replace the brew group motor or gear set if they are worn or broken.

When to seek service

• E06 often requires mechanical disassembly of the brew group; professional service is recommended if you are not experienced.
