Possible Causes
Blocked water tank outlet valve, Debris in inlet filter, Collapsed inlet hose, Faulty tank-to-chassis connector
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug the machine before removing the tank or opening the housing.
Step 1 – Check tank outlet
- Remove the water tank and inspect the outlet valve at the bottom.
- Press the valve with a blunt object; water should flow freely.
- If stuck, soak the valve area in warm water and gently work it until it moves smoothly.
Step 2 – Clean inlet filter
- Inspect the machine-side tank connector for a small mesh filter.
- Rinse the filter under running water and remove any debris.
Step 3 – Inspect inlet hose (advanced)
- Unplug and remove the cover.
- Check the hose from the tank connector to the pump for kinks or collapse.
- Replace damaged hose with food-grade silicone hose.
When to seek service
- If E08 persists with a known-good tank and clear inlet, the pump or connector assembly may need professional replacement.
