Water leaks from the front of the machine around the coffee spout or capsule door.

Safety first: Allow the machine to cool before working near the brew head; hot water can cause burns.

Step 1 – Clean brew head area

• Open the capsule door and remove any capsule.
• Wipe the brew head and gasket area with a damp cloth to remove coffee oils and residue.

Step 2 – Inspect gasket

• Examine the rubber gasket around the capsule piercing area for cracks, flattening, or deformation.
• If damaged, replace the gasket with a Lavazza-compatible brew head seal.

Step 3 – Descale

• Perform a descaling cycle to remove scale that can prevent proper sealing.
