Pump is very loud or vibrates excessively during operation.

Safety first: Unplug before opening the case.

• Prime the pump: Ensure the water tank is full and run the pump with the steam wand open until a steady stream of water flows. This can reduce cavitation noise.
• Check mounting: Remove the cover and inspect the pump mounting bracket and rubber dampers. Tighten loose screws and ensure the pump is not in direct contact with metal panels.
• Add damping: If needed, add thin rubber pads between the pump bracket and chassis to reduce vibration transfer.
• Replace pump: If the pump remains unusually loud and performance is poor, replace the vibration pump.
