Magimix
Low Brew Temperature
Coffee is not hot enough even immediately after brewing.

Possible Causes
Thermoblock partially scaled, Faulty NTC temperature sensor, Incorrect temperature calibration on PCB, Cup preheating not used
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Beware of hot surfaces and steam when testing temperature.
- Preheat cups: Rinse cups with hot water or use the cup-warming tray (if fitted). Cold cups can significantly reduce perceived temperature.
- Run a blank shot: Run a short shot of hot water (without coffee) to warm the brew head and internal path before brewing.
- Descale the machine: Limescale on the thermoblock can reduce heat transfer. Perform a full descaling cycle with an approved descaler.
- Check temperature settings: Some Magimix models allow adjusting brew temperature in the menu. Ensure it is set to normal or high.
If coffee remains consistently lukewarm after descaling and preheating, the NTC sensor or control board may be misreading temperature and should be checked by a technician.
