Machine vibrates excessively and can move on the worktop during brewing.

Safety first: Do not allow the machine to vibrate near the edge of a counter where it could fall.

• Stabilise the base: Check that all rubber feet are present and intact. Replace missing feet or place the machine on a non-slip mat.
• Relocate the machine: Move it to a more solid, level surface away from hollow countertops that can resonate.
• Reduce pump strain: Descale the machine to reduce back-pressure that can increase vibration.

If vibration remains extreme, internal mounts or the pump may be damaged and require professional service.
