Pump runs loudly but little or no water comes out of the coffee spout.

Safety first: Allow the machine to cool and unplug it before cleaning outlets.

• Check water tank: Ensure it is full and properly seated.
• Clean the coffee spout: Remove any detachable spout parts and soak them in warm soapy water. Use a soft brush to clear coffee deposits.
• Run hot water cycles: If your model has a hot water function, run several cycles to purge air and loosen minor blockages.
• Descale the machine: Perform a full descaling cycle with an approved descaler to clear limescale from the thermoblock and flow meter.

If flow remains weak after descaling and cleaning, internal hoses or the flow meter may be blocked and should be inspected by a professional.
