Safety first: Unplug the machine before reaching into the capsule area.

Manually remove capsule: Open the lever fully and carefully remove the used capsule. Do not use sharp metal tools.
Clean the slide and chamber: Use a soft brush and damp cloth to remove coffee grounds and residue from the capsule slide and chamber.
Empty container regularly: Ensure the used capsule container is not overfilled, which can prevent new capsules from dropping.
Check for broken parts: Look for any loose plastic pieces or obviously broken ejector arms. If found, the mechanism will need replacement.

Persistent ejection problems usually require replacement of the capsule slide or ejector assembly.

Used capsules are not ejected into the container; they remain stuck in the brew head.
