Machine displays 'Add beans' or shows a bean symbol even though the hopper is full.

Steps:

• Stir beans: Gently stir beans in the hopper to break any bridge.
• Change beans: Use less oily beans; very dark roasts can cause feeding issues.
• Clean hopper and inlet: Empty the hopper and wipe it dry. Clean the grinder inlet of old oils and fines.

If the message persists and the grinder is not drawing current as expected, the grinder sensor or control board may be faulty.
