Steps:

• Reset container: Remove the grounds container, empty and clean it, then reinsert fully.
• Clean sensor area: Wipe the area where the container engages the sensor.
• Avoid interruptions: Do not switch off the machine mid-cycle; allow it to complete brewing and ejection.

If the issue persists, the grounds container sensor or control logic may be faulty and require service.
